Velorona is an Employee and Client Management platform delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). It offers work scheduling and time-tracking features, along with a convenient mobile app. Additionally, it allows users to automatically generate invoices for clients and subvendors based on hours worked, removing the need for extra software or tools.
02. Is Velorona free?
Yes. We offer a one-month free trial for any plan you select. After the trial period ends, you must add a valid payment method to continue using our services. If no payment method is added, your data will be automatically removed from our system.
03. What do I get with the free trial?
During the free trial, you have full access to all the features of the selected plan without any limitations.
04. How are license additions, removals and mid-cycle sign-ups handled in my billing?
Adding a license incurs only the prorated amount for the current billing cycle. Removing a license keeps it active until the billing cycle ends, and signing up mid-cycle adjusts your charges based on the remaining time. This ensures your billing accurately reflects your usage and any changes made during the billing period.

Velorona uses US Dollars ($) for all pricing and billing transactions.
06. What is considered an active user?
An active user includes all active, inactive, and invited users within the company, excluding any archived users.

08. What types of payment are supported?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as various digital wallets.
09. Do you offer refunds?
Velorona typically does not provide refunds. However, if you are incorrectly charged due to a system error, please contact us. We will investigate the issue promptly and issue a refund if necessary.
10. Are there any additional taxes?
Yes. All prices and invoice amounts on Velorona are exclusive of taxes. Additional taxes will be applied based on the tax regulations of your country and state.
11. How does cancelling work?
To cancel your subscription, request cancellation from the dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you won’t be charged for the next cycle. After the billing cycle ends, your data will be permanently deleted automatically.
